U.S. Government Operating Units
A Leader with Associates (LWA) is a cooperative agreement mechanism that has a Leader Award through USAID/Washington as well as multiple Associate Awards managed through USAID Missions or Operating Units. The Global FISH Alliance LWA was created to enable USAID Missions and Operating Units to quickly implement activities and access expertise to support sustainable fishery and responsible aquaculture practices. For more information please contact the USAID G-FISH AOTR Barbara Best (bbest@usaid.gov) to discuss the proposed scope of the activity and request technical clearance (eligibility) under the Leader Award and send a program description to G-FISH Deputy Director Jenny Barker at jbarker@fhi360.org.
